Rewards Program
Every BLKMAT mat carries its own QR code — a serial number printed on the mat, unique to that one mat. Scan it, claim the mat to your account, and for the next 30 days you earn Karma Points every day you practice on it. Karma Points spend as store credit on blkmat.com.
How it works
- Find the QR code on your mat. It’s printed on the mat itself.
- Scan it with your phone camera. It opens blkmat.com. Sign in, or create your account.
- Claim the mat. The mat is registered to your account, and your 30-day earning window starts that day.
- Practice. Each day you practice on the mat earns 12 Karma Points. Your points and claimed mats live in My items & rewards in your account dashboard.
What you earn
- 12 Karma Points per practice day — one practice earn per day.
- 1 point = $0.05 of store credit.
- Maximum 100 points ($5.00) per mat. The cap is reached on your 9th practice day in the window; practicing more after that earns no further points on that mat.
- The window is 30 days, starting the day you claim the mat. Days after day 30 earn nothing on that mat.
- Own more than one mat? Each mat has its own code, its own 30-day window, and its own 100-point cap. All of them feed the same account balance.

Where do I see my points?
In My items & rewards in your account dashboard — your claimed mats, your point balance, and the expiry date of your points.
When does my 30 days start — when the mat ships, or when it arrives?
Neither. It starts the day you claim the mat. If your mat sits in a closet for a week first, your window hasn’t started.
Do I need to scan the code every time I practice?
No. You scan it once, to claim the mat. After that the mat is yours in our system and the points live in your account, not on the mat.
Can someone else claim my mat?
No. Each mat’s code can be claimed once, by one account. Once you’ve claimed it, the code can’t be claimed again.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points are tied to your account. They can’t be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after the day they are earned. The date is shown next to your balance in My items & rewards.
Will you email me before my points expire?
No. We don’t send balance or expiry reminder emails. Your balance and its expiry date are always in My items & rewards — check there any time.
What can I spend points on?
Store credit toward future orders on blkmat.com, applied at checkout.
The terms that matter
- One claim per mat. A mat’s QR code claims once, to one account.
- The earning window is 30 days from the day the mat is claimed. Practice after day 30 earns nothing on that mat.
- Earn rate: 12 points per practice day, maximum one practice earn per day.
- Cap: 100 points ($5.00) per mat window, regardless of how often you practice.
- Points are store credit for blkmat.com only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across accounts.
- Points expire 12 months after the day they are earned.
- If a mat’s order is refunded or the mat is returned, the points earned from that mat are removed.
- We may change these terms for points not yet earned. Points already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
