Privacy

BLKMAT is operated by Dumitru Ciudin, doing business as Partsapiens, 5325 Alton Pkwy C300, Irvine, CA 92604. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email you send us: used only to reply.
• Reviews you send through the review form: your name, rating and text are published once we check they match an order; the order email or number is used only for that check and never shown.
• Your cart is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you check out.
• Search personalisation on this site: results may be re-ranked on your own device using recency-weighted affinity from your on-site activity here (pages you viewed, searches you made, and any quiz result). That activity is stored only in your browser (localStorage); the ranking is computed on your device.
• Orders: Stripe processes card payments. We receive your name, shipping address, email, and order contents to fulfill and ship your order, never your full card number.
• Hosting: Cloudflare may collect anonymized traffic metrics on blkmat.com.
• Visitor counter: to show how many people visited this week, our server stores a one-way hash of your IP address and browser type for 7 days, then deletes it automatically. No cookies, and the hash can't be turned back into your IP address.

Email list

• If you sign up for new-design emails, we store your email address, the date and the page you signed up on, and use them only to email you about new BLKMAT designs. Unsubscribe anytime by replying to any email or writing to hello@blkmat.com; we delete your address.

What we don't do

• No sale of personal data.
• No third-party ad pixels.
